Our Mexican Chili Miso is pleasantly hot, meaning it has a light basic spiciness and flavor that everyone in Europe can tolerate. If you like it really hot, please adjust the seasoning accordingly. We recommend it for spicy tomato sauces, barbecue dips and sauces, and spicy ramen broths.
Application:
- For a broth: Mix 1-2 teaspoons of MISO paste with 6 teaspoons of water and add more water
- dark sauce: mix 1-2 tsp miso paste with 6 tsp water and add
- Marinade: Mix 1-2 tsp of MISO paste with 6 tsp of water and then mix with 2 tsp of oil and stir briefly.
- Salad dressing: 1 tsp miso paste, 1 tsp vinegar, 2 tsp oil, 2 tsp water
Cooking Basics | Dips with Miso:
In addition to finely chopped vegetables and meat that are fried vigorously, miso is an ideal seasoning to significantly enhance the broth and create a deep, rounded flavor. Broth made entirely with miso is also a quick and delicious alternative to ready-made sauces and powders.
Ingredients | What's in it
The highest quality with as few ingredients as possible – fermentation is ideal for this. Here, we use Italian rice pudding, German soybeans, water from the Black Forest, and German ancient sea salt from Luisenhaller. The whole thing starts with a pinch of starter culture and then takes another 12 months to mature in our warehouse.
