Jordan olive oil is a premium olive oil made from Adramitiani & Kolovi olives from the island of Lesbos, Greece. Cultivation takes place in terraced olive groves, and harvesting takes place in October and November using hand rakes and rakes.
The olives are pressed at the Rafteli-Protouli oil mill using a cold extraction process (below 27°C). The oil is packaged in a canister to protect it from light.
Important: always pour the canister upside down so that air can escape and nothing spills over!
