Sea spaghetti is a brown algae that grows wild in the sea on the Spanish Atlantic coast near Galicia and is harvested by hand.
It is then gently dried at temperatures below 42 degrees to preserve all its valuable ingredients.
Preparation:
Soak for 30 minutes -> eat raw as a salad. Raw: After soaking for about 30 minutes, sea spaghetti is cut into small pieces and served with salads.
Cook for 20 minutes -> with vegetables, rice dishes, braised dishes, stews, fillings and pizza
baked -> e.g. as vegetarian squid baked in beer batter
