Keltenhof - herbs, salads and wild cauliflower/broccoli
Keltenhof, run by Gerhard Daumüller and head of sales Andreas Hoelzapfel, is the number one in the quality, freshness, and flavor of lettuce, herbs, and wild cauliflower/broccoli. Always a great combination when paired with a Black Forest miso dressing. Products are also available to end customers through Frischeparadies, but otherwise primarily to the restaurant industry.
Jordan Olive Oil - Family Business - from the island of Lesbos
The two olive varieties, Adramitiani and Kolovi, grow only on the island of Lesbos in Greece. Picking is done by hand using small wooden rakes, and the precious oil is then gently extracted using a cold extraction process (below 27 degrees Celsius). Bastian Jordan and his team are committed to producing some of the best olive oil in the world.
