Diese Miso ist sehr gut trotz seine helle Farbe.
Ich habe bisher immer sehr dunkle Kräftige Miso aus Japan gekauft.
Es fehlte einfach diese sehr starke intensive Geschmack und dunkle Farbe durch lange Fermentation.
Aber trotzdem ist die Schwarzwald Miso auch sehr gut!
